Really really bad cramps?
i got my period last night and this morning in church i had a head ache and i got really bad cramps. they hurt so bad i wanted to cry. then i felt like i was going to throw up. so i went to the bathroom and i could hardly walk cause i was so weak and drained. it felt like i had the flu. i was reaallyy pale and i felt hot on the inside but cold on the outside. my mom had to hold on to me as we were walking to the car and i was falling asleep. i have never had cramps like this before.
does anyone know why this happend?
